Front Office & Guest Services

• Assistant Manager – Front Office: A leadership role ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.
• Guest Service Officer: Responsible for handling guest inquiries and check-ins/check-outs.
• Bell Attendant: Assisting guests with luggage and arrival services.
• Door Man: The first point of contact, welcoming guests with elegance.

Food & Beverage Service

• Team Leader – Restaurant: Supervising the service team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Shift Leader – Events: Requirement: Candidates must be an Arabic Speaker for this specific role to handle local events and weddings effectively.
• Barista: Skilled in coffee art and beverage preparation.
• Waiter/ess: Providing attentive service in the hotel’s outlets.
• Sales Executive (Food & Beverage): A commercial role focused on driving revenue for the dining outlets and banquets.

Culinary (Kitchen) & Stewarding

• Chef de Partie – Restaurant: A senior role leading a specific section of the kitchen.
• Commis – Bakery: Junior chef role focusing on breads and pastries.
• Team Leader – Stewarding: Managing the hygiene and cleaning operations of the back-of-house areas.
